This 144-unit B Class community was purchased in the fall of 2015 and represented the Company’s first acquisition in Arizona. Significant rehab included limited access gates, a complete clubhouse overhaul and, among many other projects, the installation of property-wide WiFi. Interior improvements include all new flooring, appliances, lighting and plumbing packages. Currently the asset is working towards stabilization.
